Premier Retail Networks (PRN) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Technicolor SA (formerly Thomson SA), founded in 1992. It specializes in digital place based media and digital out-of-home advertising, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California.

Premier Retail Networks is a network solution provider in the digital place-based media marketplace. Premier Retail Networks is a wholly owned subsidiary of Thomson SA.[1]

Premier Retail Networks programming is seen in more than 6,600 stores ranging from Grocery to Big Box Retailers and Dining establishments. Premier Retail Networks provides services for approximately 64,000 digital screens deployed in over 10,000 venues. Founded in 1992, Premier Retail Networks began by deploying and operating digital kiosks at retail venues but quickly evolved its focus to becoming “the in-store television network” for big-box retailers.

Today, Premier Retail Networks services multiple venues, reaching 97% of the U.S. market at leading retail and dining chains, including Walmart,[2] Target, Sam’s Club,[1][3] Costco[1], Best buy,[1][3] SUPERVALU, Sears[3], Fry’s Marketplace, ShopRite, Pathmark, Applebee’s and Chili’s, as well as Walmart Mexico, the largest retailer in Mexico.
